Hi, we’re a team of certified personal trainers and sports scientists with over 13 years of experience helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. As part of the preventative health concept at the Pre-Medical Studio in Vienna’s second district, we collaborate closely with doctors. Alongside that, we also work with physiotherapists and dietitians to ensure a truly holistic approach to your health.

Our services are available both in Vienna and online. We coach our clients to build strength, improve mobility, and create sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health and well-being.

I've been training with Aidan for four months now in a hybrid setup. My goal was to feel stronger again and establish a good exercise routine. I've been doing CrossFit for 15 years and need a lot of variety in my training. Aidan has been great at addressing my needs, and I feel strong again and look better than ever. The training results speak for themselves! Not only have I lost fat mass, but more importantly, I've gained muscle mass. In the personal training sessions, I particularly benefit from the fact that Aidan actually pushes me to my limits, allowing me to make real progress with my training weight. Aidan also caters to his clients' needs when scheduling appointments (7 a.m. 😉 )
It's always a very relaxed, fun atmosphere, and I'm looking forward to the next few months of working together! I highly recommend it to everyone!

A clear recommendation!
I've been training regularly with Aidan for about a year now to get back into training after a 15-year break from exercise, juggling my professional and personal life. I tried gyms and their associated memberships for years until I became aware of PT and decided to give it a try.

Through the regular weekly class and Aidan's dedicated interest in my personal daily routine and diet, my own body-beneficial routine is constantly improving at a very comfortable and personally tailored pace. The training is fun, and the focus on my own body without distractions is, of course, great, but it also brings all my weaknesses to light... My basic fitness (at 46) has settled down very well again, which I noticed after just a few months in everyday activities. The initial focus on general mobility, in particular, has had a huge impact.

The ongoing training and the conversations naturally also help me increase my workload between workouts and incorporate exercise sessions into my daily routine. (For example, since I started training, I've been cycling almost everywhere again.)

Aidan does this carefully and adapts it to my personal circumstances and goals, which I really appreciate. He doesn't put pressure on me, but he offers appropriate criticism and helpful tips when needed. Good, funny, and also serious conversations during training (in English) complement the whole experience and have become a valuable part of my week.

After feeling like a physical wreck, I actually let myself be influenced at the beginning of the year and scheduled an appointment with Aidan – and what can I say: best decision ever! After pregnancies, COVID, and a cycling accident that didn't heal, I finally wanted to start taking care of my body again, and knowing nothing about anything, I didn't want to go to a random gym. So I needed a professional: Aidan!

The initial consultation was incredibly detailed – a thorough mutual assessment of our ideas and expectations and whether we were a good fit. I had zero prior personal training experience and immediately felt comfortable, and we were able to get started right away. Aidan literally tailored the training to my needs, initially focusing mainly on flexibility training to offset the damage from countless years of working in an office, and then slowly moving on to strength training! 🙂

Aidan also supported me through a difficult foot surgery and recovery – he motivated me when I was down and calmed me down when I wanted too much too quickly. He's always willing to listen, and the sessions with him are fun, challenging, motivating, and inspiring. And as a positive side effect, I can practice my English with him. 😉

I wouldn't want to miss training with him anymore – I've learned so much about my body (and mind), I notice how stronger I'm getting, and how important this new routine has become for me. I'd also like to emphasize Aidan's understanding of spontaneous cancellations due to children or my own illnesses – I always feel understood, and at the same time, I sense that we both have the same interest in my progress, which, of course, also motivates me.

All in all, I can wholeheartedly recommend Aidan to anyone considering this! This recommendation comes from the most unathletic person ever, who voluntarily drove to training at 8:00 a.m. on her birthday this year – so that's saying something! 😉

So I’ve tried personal training a few times over the years, but with Aidan, I felt that this is the first time it actually stuck, and where I saw real results. In just 2.5 months (even with lots of work related travel), I’ve lost weight (6 kg), feel stronger and have more energy.

Aidan’s the perfect balance of professional, motivating, and genuinely kind. I train with him 2xweek when I’m in Vienna and follow his customized online workouts when I’m away. Even when I’m traveling, he checks in and adjusts my workouts based on whatever hotel gym I have access to.
One thing I also really appreciate is how human he is about the ups and downs, as some days you feel strong, while on other days you’re really just trying to survive the warm-up, and he always meets you where you are.

We also somehow always manage to squeeze in good chats and lots of laughs, so that’s where it’s easy to see that famous Irish charm 🙂
Highly recommend coach Aidan if you want real results, with a real professional coach.

I've been training with Aidan since the beginning of 2025, and it has been a great experience so far. I started training with Aidan every week since autumn, after a health check-up at PRE Medical made it clear that I needed to make some changes. Since then, it's truly transformed my life. Both mentally and physically.

Aidan follows a clear plan with structure and regular check-ins. He has an incredible way of pushing me to my limits in just the right way. Never too much, always perfectly balanced. There's also a great app (trueCoach) that comes with his program, which allows me to continue training effectively at the gym with video guidance and a structured routine.

In addition to our sessions, I go to the gym 3–4 times a week, and thanks to his guidance, I've also adjusted my nutrition to focus more on building strength. It's really paying off. At almost 40, I'm stronger than I've ever been.

Highly recommended!

I knew right away that I wanted to work with Aidan because he noticed things that even my physical therapist had not seen and asked the right questions. He helps me work on strength, muscle imbalances and mobility while taking into account my running schedule. I appreciate that he adapts our program to my travels and life circumstances. My main goal has been to train as efficiently as possible, make the most of my time in the gym, and become a more hybrid athlete, and Aidan has definitely helped with that. I feel like I can completely outsource the mental workload of figuring out the perfect workout routine, and that has freed my headspace for other things. I trust Aidan and his process completely.

Working with Aidan has been an incredible experience!

Aidan has been helping me build muscle for 1.5 years. As part of a professional analysis, he found that my body fat to muscle mass ratio still had room for improvement. We then developed a clear and effective plan to work on this.
I'm in my late 50s, I train with Aidan once a week and supplement the strength training at home using an app. I particularly appreciate that we can hold our training session early in the morning before work. Aidan ensures that every training session is varied and targeted. It challenges me without losing sight of my recovery and the overall condition of my body.
A particularly valuable aspect of his care is his regular questions about my nutrition and regeneration behavior. The question “how is your body today?” makes me stop again and again and think about how my body is really feeling and whether I am giving it the rest it needs in addition to the sporting activities to regenerate.
And by the way – the sessions in English offer me a great opportunity to refresh and improve my language skills.
Thanks to Aidan's competent support, I found an easy introduction to strength training, remain constantly motivated and make constant, visible progress. I'm excited to see what results the next analysis will show!
Conclusion: Aidan is a reliable trainer who challenges, but always keeps his client's overall condition in mind - absolutely recommended!
